Reiki Energy Session
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) healing practice that channels universal energy to balance your body, mind, and spirit. I guide this energy to areas where you're feeling blocked, helping to clear emotional, physical, or spiritual" stuck" points. All you need to do is relax and let the energy flow, bringing you a sense of calm, balance, and restoration.
Sound Journey
A sound journey uses healing vibrations to help you access deeper parts of yourself that are usually hard to reach. Through calming instruments like singing bowls, I create an immersive experience that quiets your mind, balances your energy, and creates space for clarity and inner peace. It’s a meditative reset that leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed.
The Energy Bundle
A unique energy session! The Energy Bundle is a full-on experience, combining Reiki, energy healing, sound, intuitive messages, and breathwork. It's a mix of all the good stuff I’ve picked up on my own journey. We tap into your energy, shake loose the blocks, and bring everything back into alignment. You’ll leave feeling like a whole new person—centered, empowered, and lighter.

Rooted in accessibility and expansion, my community classes are a space to show up as you are. We move, breathe, release, and come back to ourselves—together.
